The Student Alumni Meet (SAM) is SARC's premier outreach initiative. SARC student delegates travel to major regional hubs to organize physical meetups, bridging the distance between IIT Bombay and our global graduates.
SAM serves as a gathering point not only for alumni residing in the host city, but also for those from nearby towns and surrounding regions. It allows alumni to reconnect with the institute, network with peers in their area, and meet current student delegates to guide them through career pipelines.

Typically, SAM events organized by SARC are free to attend for alumni, though pre-registration is mandatory due to venue seating capacities.
Once you fill in the Google Form, you will be added to the local city chapter registry and will receive updates about the exact venue, schedules, and guest speakers via email and WhatsApp.
Yes, alumni are welcome to bring family members. Please specify the number of guests in the registration form so we can plan catering accordingly.
